1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and borojit ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the borojit website, mobile interface, or associated services, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms apply to all services offered through borojit, including but not limited to sports betting, live in-play wagering, casino games, live dealer tables, virtual sports, crash games, and all associated promotional and bonus offers. These Terms are supplemented by additional product-specific rules, bonus terms, and our Privacy Policy, all of which form part of the overall agreement between you and borojit.

borojit reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, reasonable notice will be provided via the email address registered to your account or via a notice displayed on the platform. Amendments take effect from the date of publication. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail. For players based in Bangladesh, the applicable currency for all transactions is Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All monetary thresholds, limits, and values stated in these Terms are denominated in BDT unless otherwise specified.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable international online gaming standards. borojit operates as a digital-first platform serving players who voluntarily access the service. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the platform will be handled through the dispute resolution process set out in Section 8 of these Terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of borojit is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which they maintain an active account:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. borojit operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions.
• Legal capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• Personal account: You must be registering and using the account on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• Non-exclusion: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether issued by borojit or any other gambling operator, that would prohibit your participation.
• Mental competency: You must not be suffering from a gambling addiction or any condition that impairs your ability to make rational financial decisions at the time of use.

Age Verification

borojit reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any stage, including at registration, prior to any withdrawal, or at any time during the lifecycle of your account. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a competent Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension pending verification.

Geographical Restrictions

borojit's services are made available to players accessing the platform from supported territories. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are operating. borojit does not represent or warrant that its services are legal in any particular jurisdiction. Players who access the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of borojit services, you must create a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and preferred currency (BDT). You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and for updating it promptly if any detail changes.

One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one borojit account. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where borojit identifies duplicate accounts, it reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets and transactions, and permanently forfeit all balances and bonuses held across those accounts.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. borojit recommends that you:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• Never share your account credentials with any other person.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Contact borojit support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

borojit will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where that access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Know Your Customer (KYC)

borojit applies a KYC process to verify player identity before processing withdrawal requests. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID, proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of payment method ownership. KYC documentation must be submitted via the secure upload facility within your account settings. borojit may withhold withdrawals until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on borojit are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time depending on technical or regulatory factors. borojit will communicate any changes to payment method availability via account notification or platform announcement.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: Subject to your account tier and the limits of your chosen payment method.
• Deposits are credited to your borojit account in real time for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Card deposits (Visa, Mastercard) may take up to 15 minutes to process.
• borojit does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are your responsibility.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• All deposits must come from legal sources. Depositing funds derived from unlawful activity constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 per transaction.
• Maximum withdrawal: Subject to your account tier, KYC status, and rolling withdrawal limits communicated in your account settings.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible.
• Verified accounts (full KYC completed) receive bKash and Nagad withdrawals within five minutes of approval during standard operating hours.
• borojit reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal requests made in respect of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements outlined in Section 5.
• borojit does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider's standard fees may apply.

Currency

All account balances, bets, winnings, and transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). borojit does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Players accessing the platform with payment cards issued in foreign currencies will have transactions converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate applied by their card issuer; any conversion fees are the player's responsibility.

5 Bonus & Promotions

borojit offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, BPL cricket specials, and live casino tournament prize pools. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms applicable to that promotion as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available exclusively to players who have registered a genuine personal account and met the eligibility criteria for the specific promotion.
• borojit reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been fulfilled.
• Real-money funds deposited into your account are used first before bonus funds are applied to any wager.
• Bonuses cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses issued by borojit are subject to a wagering requirement — a multiplier that specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the promotion) must be wagered before a withdrawal of associated winnings may be requested. Wagering requirements, the games that contribute to meeting them, and the time period within which they must be met are specified in each promotion's individual terms.

• Slots generally contribute 100% toward wagering requirements.
• Live casino table games (Roulette, Blackjack, Baccarat) may contribute at a reduced rate, as stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Sports betting contributions are specified per promotion.
• Crash games (including Aviator) contribute at the rate stated in the promotion terms.

Bonus Abuse

borojit maintains systems to detect and prevent bonus abuse. Abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, using arbitrage strategies to guarantee profits from bonus funds, colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially, or providing false information to qualify for a promotion. Where bonus abuse is identified, borojit reserves the right to void all bonuses, cancel any associated winnings, and close the account immediately.

6 User Obligations

By registering and using a borojit account, you agree to comply with the following obligations at all times. Breach of any of these obligations may result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where appropriate.

Lawful Use

• You will use the borojit platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes.
• You will not use the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• You will not use the platform to place bets on behalf of any third party or as part of any commercial betting operation.
• You will not attempt to exploit errors, glitches, or technical faults in the platform's software to obtain an unfair advantage.

Honest Registration

• All information provided during registration and KYC must be accurate, complete, and truthful.
• You must not impersonate any other person or entity when registering or communicating with borojit.
• You must notify borojit promptly if any of your registered personal details change.

Responsible Conduct

• You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that losses are possible.
• You will only gamble with funds you can afford to lose.
• You will make use of the responsible gaming tools available in your account settings if you feel your gambling is becoming problematic.
• You will not use the platform while under the influence of substances that impair your judgment.

Platform Integrity

• You will not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the borojit platform, its servers, or its databases.
• You will not use any automated software, bot, scraper, spider, or script to interact with the platform.
• You will not transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful code to the platform.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform's software.

Communication Standards

You agree to communicate with borojit's support team in a respectful and professional manner. Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language directed at support staff or other players constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

borojit reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, at its sole discretion, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following circumstances apply:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has provided false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• The player is found to be under 18 years of age.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or financial crime involving the account.
• Bonus abuse, collusion, or any form of cheating has been identified.
• The player's account has been subject to a self-exclusion request.
• A chargeback has been filed in relation to any deposit made to the account.
• The continued operation of the account presents a risk to the integrity of the platform.

Effects of Account Closure

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, borojit reserves the right to void all pending bets, forfeit all bonus balances, and withhold any winnings derived from activity that constituted the breach. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct (for example, platform withdrawal from a territory), any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player via the most recent registered payment method.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the borojit support team via live chat. Players who close their account for responsible gaming reasons — including those who feel gambling is negatively affecting their finances, relationships, or mental health — are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tool rather than simple account closure, as self-exclusion provides stronger safeguards against future access.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, borojit shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform or its services. This includes but is not limited to losses arising from:

• Interruptions to the platform due to technical faults, maintenance, or events beyond our reasonable control.
• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in any odds, markets, game results, or promotional materials published on the platform.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to maintain credential security.
• Losses sustained as a result of gambling decisions made using the platform.
• Delays in the processing of withdrawals resulting from third-party payment provider issues or KYC requirements.
• Loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill howsoever arising.

Platform Availability

borojit endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee that access to the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may temporarily affect access to all or part of the platform. borojit will provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where reasonably practicable.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet result, transaction, bonus, or any other matter relating to your borojit account, you should contact the customer support team via live chat in the first instance. borojit aims to resolve all disputes within five business days of receipt. If you remain unsatisfied following the internal resolution process, you may escalate your complaint in writing to the borojit complaints team at the contact email address provided on this page.

For all matters, the records held by borojit's systems shall be deemed the authoritative record in the absence of clear evidence to the contrary. borojit's decision on any disputed matter shall be final and binding, subject only to the overriding requirements of applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless borojit and its officers, employees, agents, and technology partners from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the platform in violation of any applicable law, or your infringement of any third-party rights in connection with your use of the platform.
